Dear Reiki Family,

  Welcome to Spring everybody. Some may say that Spring is about body cleansing. I couldn’t agree more. My body started that on Saturday night for sure. I had a high temperature that I could not get under control. Finally going to the ER getting a prescription. Before I could get it filled I had asked Dr. Charles to send out a healing request to the Prayer Ministry Team for me. Along with that I had already been asking for all the Healing Angels and Ascendant Reiki Masters to come down and give me healing. I used my hands as well on my heart & solar plexus chakras. I started to feel better. I hadn’t even started taking the antibiotic yet. After the first day of taking my antibiotic I did not have a fever. Today is Thursday and I am feeling great. Still taking it easy so I don’t over do it. This was a purge for me. I had to surrender to myself and to the Universe. It was time for me to be still and listen to my body without judgment.  I also got down to the weight I wanted to be. I was only a few pounds off before this. So Reiki has helped me to know when I need to be still and when to listen. I had great reflection the last few days. So I am giving thanks for what I have gained and not what it looks like I lost by not being able to host my Reiki Circle on Tuesday or see my clients. I apologize to those who showed up only to see a note on the door. Now I have more clarity and motivation. Remember no matter how it may appear the Universe always has your back!! See you at Reiki.
